PulseNmore Ltd. (“PulseNmore”, “we” or “us”) respects the privacy of users (“User” or “you”) of its mobile application and related services (the "App") and is committed to protect the personal information that Users share with it. We believe that you have a right to know our practices regarding the information we may collect and use when you use our App.
1. Your Consent (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!)
FOR AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, YOU HEREBY CONSENT TO THE COLLECTION, PROCESSING, TRANSFER AND USE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. YOU ALSO ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE US WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND THAT SUCH INFORMATION IS VOLUNTARILY PROVIDED TO US.
2. Which information we may collect on our Users?
We may collect two types of data and information from our Users:
a. Non-personal Information. The first type is non-identifiable and anonymous information. Non-personal Information, which is being gathered, consists of technical information and behavioral information that does not pertain to a specific individual (“Non-Personal Information”).
You may access and use the App without disclosing personal information, although, like most Apps, we passively collect certain Non-Personal Information from your devices, including: (i) technical information such as the type and version of your device and its operating system, the type of browser, screen resolution, device browser and keyboard language, Wi-Fi connectivity and the type and name of your device and/or browser, etc.; (ii) device and User identifiers, such as IP address; and (iii) behavioral information which may include the User’s click-stream on the App, the activities of the User on the App and additional information of a similar nature (collectively, “Technical and Behavioral Information”).
b. Personal Information. The other type of information we collect is individually identifiable information. To put it simply, this information identifies an individual or is of a private and/or sensitive nature (“Personal Information”), including:
(a) Personal Information which is provided voluntarily:
Communications with PulseNmore: Personal Information you provide us as part of any communications with PulseNmore, by any means, including by approaching our customer services.
Activating the App: During the App's activation process, you will be required to provide us with certain Personal Information, including your height, weight and gestational age. Additional information may be collected as part of the activation process.
Use of the App: we may collect and process any other Personal Information you voluntarily provide as part of your use of the App.
(b) Personal Information collected via technology:
Identifiers: we may automatically generate and collect certain device and User identifiers, such as IP address or Mac address, as applicable, in order to provide the services offered via the App, for enhancing the User’s experience and for geo-location and for security purposes.
Technical and Behavioral Information: to the extent that the Technical and Behavioral Information detailed above will be linked to or associated with a specific individual then such information will be considered as Personal Information.
(c) Please note:
We may cross-reference Personal Information with other Personal Information we have about you and any Non-personal Information connected or linked to or associated with any Personal Information shall be deemed as Personal Information as long as such connection, linkage or association exists.
We make no use of any of the abovementioned Personal Information other than storing it in connection with the provision of the services offered via the App and the purposes set forth below. We may, however, anonymize Personal Information we collect and use it for the purposes stated below with respect to Non-Personal-Information and share such anonymous information with third parties in an aggregated, statistical or fully anonymous manner, which will not enable such third parties to deduct any Personal Information about a particular User.
3. How Do We Collect Information on Our Users?
There are a few methods that we use:
a. We collect information through your entry and use of the App. In other words, when you are using the App we are aware of it and may gather, collect and store the information relating to such usage.
b. We collect information which you decide to provide us voluntarily. For example, we collect Personal Information when you activate the App and use it.
c. We collect information from the Device. The Device transmits certain data to the App, including the Video.
We may gather, collect and store such information either independently or through the help of our authorized third-party service providers as detailed below.
4. What are the Purposes of the Collection of Information?
Non-personal Information is collected in order to:
Use it for statistical and research purposes, including research and development of our service, products and the App and for customization and improvement of our App and services.
Enhance the User's experience while using the App.
Keep the App safe and secured and for prevention of fraud.
Personal Information is collected in order to:
Provide and personalize the services offered via the App.
Security related purposes, including to verify the identity of our Users and creating usage logs.
Respond to your inquiries, including support request.
Determine general geolocation (i.e., country) from which the User's device on which the App is installed is connected to the Internet in order for us to know the general location of our App's Users as well as in order to safeguard our App.
Conduct internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research and statistical purposes, including in order to improve and develop our products, services and the App. Please note that in general we analyze aggregate, statistical and anonymous data for such purposes, rather than specific user data, however we may need to analyze a specific case to address a specific problem.
Comply with our legal obligations and in order to be able to protect our rights and legitimate interests.
5. Sharing Information with Third Parties
Note, that we collect, hold and/or manage Personal Information through PulseNmore's authorized third parties vendors of certain products or services (such as, hosting cloud services) (including, as applicable, their affiliates) solely and limited to providing us with such requested services, and not for any other purposes. Such vendors may be located in a country that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction.
For avoidance of doubt, PulseNmore may use Non-personal Information and transfer and disclose it to third parties at its discretion.
6. Deletion or Modification of Personal Information
In any event, if for any reason you wish to delete or modify Personal Information, please send us an e-mail with adequate details of your request to: email@example.com and we will make reasonable efforts to modify or delete any such Personal Information pursuant to any applicable privacy laws. Note that unless otherwise explicitly specified herein and/or unless you instruct us otherwise, we may retain your Personal Information for as long as reasonably required for the purposes of which such Personal Information was collected, all as permitted under any applicable privacy laws.
Aggregated and/or anonymous information derived from your use of the App may remain on our servers indefinitely.
Please note that the laws of your local jurisdiction may provide you with certain privacy related rights, such as a right of access, right of rectification, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right of data portability and right to object to processing of Personal Information. If you wish to exercise such rights and find that you are unable to do so via the App, please send us an email with adequate detail of your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The App is intended for Users over the age of eighteen (18). Therefore, PulseNmore does not intend and does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under this age. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any stage so that we can verify that minors under this age are not using the App. If we learn that we collected Personal Information from minors under the age of eighteen (18) we will delete that information as quickly as possible. Please contact PulseNmore at email@example.com if you have reasons to suspect that PulseNmore collected Personal Information from minors under the age of eighteen (18) and we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
We take reasonable measures to maintain the security and integrity of our App and your information and prevent unauthorized access to it or use thereof through generally accepted industry standard technologies and internal procedures. Please note, however, that there are inherent risks in transmission of information over the Internet or other methods of electronic storage and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or use will never occur. PULSENMORE SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, HACKING, OR OTHER SECURITY INTRUSIONS OR FAILURE TO STORE OR THE THEFT, DELETION, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION, DAMAGE, OR LOSS OF ANY DATA OR INFORMATION.

10. Cookies and Local Storage
When you access or use the App, we and/or our third party service providers may use industry-wide technologies such as cookies, web beacons, pixels, clear gifs and other similar tools (or other similar technologies), which store certain local information on your device which may enable us, inter alia, to recognize your device from those of other Users of the App, to improve the App's performance, to deliver a better and more personalized service according to the User's individual interests and the device or browser used, to track Users' use of the App, to gather information about the Users' approximate geographic location (e.g. city), to prevent fraud and/or abuse, to estimate our audience size and usage pattern and perform other analytics and to develop our App.
You can stop all collection of information via the App by uninstalling the App. You can also reset your device Ad Id (or similar identifiers) at any time through your device settings, which is designed to allow you to limit the use of information collected about you.
11. International Data Transfer
In order to provide the App, we may transfer information collected about you, including Personal Information, to affiliated entities, or to other third party service provides (as detailed above) across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. Please note that we may transfer such information to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction, and you consent to such transfer of information.
